1. Who we are
Odrastamo is a service provided by Ekstremac doo Kragujevac, registered at Laze Marinkovica 27a, 34000 Kragujevac, Serbia, company number 21795488, tax ID 113061720 (“we”). Write to us at podrska@odrastamo.com.
2. What Odrastamo is
A child's private album: one photo a day, the age on every photo, a calendar, comparing days and a time-lapse. You share the album only with the family members you invite yourself. The service works in the app for iPhone and Android and in the web app at odrastamo.com.
3. Your account
You sign in with an Apple or Google account. An account is opened by an adult, a parent or a guardian; Odrastamo isn't meant for children. You're responsible for the photos you add and for whom you invite to the album.
4. Your photos
Your photos, notes and albums stay yours. You only give us permission to store them, process them (thumbnails, comparisons, time-lapse) and show them to you and the members you invite. We don't use them for ads or to train models, and we don't show them to anyone else.
5. Plus subscription
Adding new photos takes a Plus subscription. Prices include VAT, and you see the exact amount for your country before you pay.

The subscription renews by itself at the end of each period until you cancel it. There's no charge during the trial; if you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing. After you cancel, Plus works until the end of the paid period. Invited members always watch for free, and without a subscription the album can still be viewed and downloaded, just without new photos.
6. Paying on the web through Paddle
Purchases on odrastamo.com are sold and charged by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), our authorized reseller (Merchant of Record). Paddle handles card and PayPal payments, receipts, taxes, cancellations and refunds. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to these purchases. Purchases in the App Store and Google Play are handled by Apple and Google, under their own terms.
7. Gift subscription
A gift is paid once and doesn't renew by itself. The recipient gets a code by e-mail or on a printable card and activates it at odrastamo.com/poklon or in the app. Plus starts on the day of activation. The code can't be exchanged for money, and a refund is requested by the gift's buyer, under the rules in section 8.
8. Refunds
For purchases on the web we refund the full amount if you ask within 14 days of the purchase or renewal, with no reason needed. Everything about the deadline and the steps is in the Refund Policy.
9. Acceptable use
You don't add content you have no right to, you don't try to access other people's albums and you don't use the service for unlawful purposes. We report content that endangers a child to the authorities.
10. Deleting and ending
You delete your account from Profile, with one confirmation. Deleting is permanent and doesn't cancel the subscription; you cancel that separately, in the store or on the web. We can close an account only for a serious breach of these terms, with notice in advance and time to download the photos, except where the law doesn't allow it.
11. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service running without interruption, and we keep backups. We're not liable for indirect damage, except where the law doesn't allow that. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
12. Changes to these terms
We announce important changes by e-mail or in the app at least 30 days in advance. If you don't agree, you can close your account and subscription before the changes take effect.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Serbia. Consumers in the European Union keep the protection of the law of the country they live in.
