1. What it covers
All purchases on odrastamo.com: Plus monthly, Plus yearly and the gift subscriptions The first year and The first three years. These purchases are sold by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller (Merchant of Record), and Paddle gives the refund.
2. The 14-day period
We refund the full amount paid if you ask for a refund within 14 days of the purchase. For a subscription the same period applies to every renewal: 14 days from the day of the charge. You don't have to give a reason.
3. The 7-day trial
There's no charge during the yearly plan's trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing. The first charge is the day after the trial, and the 14-day period runs from it.
4. Gift subscription
The gift's buyer asks for the refund, within 14 days of the purchase. If the recipient has already activated the code, the refund turns off the recipient's Plus, and their photos stay to view and download.
5. How to ask for a refund
- 1Write to podrska@odrastamo.com with the e-mail you paid with or the order number from the Paddle receipt.
- 2Or ask Paddle for the refund directly, at paddle.net, where your receipts are too.
- 3You get a confirmation by e-mail. Paddle refunds the money the same way you paid, no later than 14 days after the confirmation; your bank sometimes needs a few more days to show the amount.
6. What happens after a refund
Plus ends the same day and there are no further charges. Nothing is deleted: the album can still be viewed and downloaded, and invited members still see it. New photos can be added when you turn Plus on again.
7. Cancelling isn't a refund
Cancelling stops the next charges, and Plus works until the end of the paid period. On the web you cancel in Profile, under Subscription, on Paddle's page. If you also want your money back, ask for a refund within the period in section 2.
8. Purchases in the App Store and Google Play
These purchases are charged by Apple and Google, so they also approve refunds: Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, and Google Play in the order history at play.google.com. We have no access to that money there, but we're glad to help with the steps.
9. Statutory rights
Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. This policy doesn't limit that right; it applies it to every buyer, wherever they live.
